Acceptance of Terms

By using Wordify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Game Usage

Wordify is a mobile word puzzle game with crossword-style levels, word wheel gameplay, daily puzzles, rewards, streaks, achievements, cosmetics, and progression. You are responsible for using Wordify lawfully and in line with applicable platform rules.

Optional Google Sign-In and Cloud Save

Google Sign-In is optional where available. If you sign in, Wordify uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to associate supported cloud-save data with your account. Cloud sync requires network connectivity and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

Virtual Currencies, Rewards, and Cosmetics

Wordify may include coins, gems, hints, daily rewards, streak effects, achievements, themes, and cosmetics. These items are for use inside Wordify, have no real-world cash value, and may be adjusted as the game is updated.

The current implementation does not claim real-money in-app purchases. Any references to rewards, gems, coins, hints, or cosmetics describe in-game systems unless a future update clearly states otherwise.

Rewarded Advertising

Wordify may offer optional rewarded ads. Rewards depend on network connectivity, ad inventory, ad network availability, and the game confirming that the reward was earned.

Fair Use

You may not cheat, exploit rewards, automate gameplay, tamper with the app, misuse cloud-save features, interfere with services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Wordify systems or data.

Availability and Updates

Wordify and its online features are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Features, rewards, ads, content, balance, and cloud-save behavior may change through updates.

Intellectual Property

Wordify's name, software, game content, visual assets, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the game for personal entertainment, but you may not copy or redistribute the game or assets without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wordify and InzpireApp are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game or related services.
