Wordify Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Wordify handles information when you use the Wordify mobile game and related public pages.

Information Wordify May Process

Depending on how you use the game, Wordify may process basic Google account identity information when you choose Google Sign-In, your Firebase Authentication identifier, player progress and cloud-save data, coins, gems, hints, rewards, achievements, cosmetic ownership, game settings, notification preferences, analytics and usage events, performance and crash diagnostics, advertising-related data handled by Google AdMob, and device or app technical information produced by Firebase and Google SDKs.

Wordify does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, photos, or precise location as part of the audited implementation.

Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In is optional where available. It is used to authenticate the player and associate cloud progress with a Firebase user identity. Based on the current implementation, Wordify does not request sensitive or restricted Google OAuth scopes.

Firebase Services

Wordify uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config. These services help provide sign-in, cloud save, diagnostics, usage measurement, stability monitoring, performance monitoring, and configuration for game features.

Advertising

Wordify uses Google AdMob. Banner, interstitial, rewarded, and rewarded interstitial ads may be displayed. Rewarded ads are optional interactions used to earn in-game rewards, and rewards are granted when the ad flow reports that the reward was earned. Google and its advertising partners may process device, advertising, and usage data under their own policies.

Notifications

Notifications are optional. Android notification permission can be disabled, and Wordify notification preferences can be controlled in the app and in Android settings. Reminders may include daily rewards, daily puzzles, free hints, progression, and engagement reminders where enabled.

Cloud Save

If you sign in, player progress may be stored in Cloud Firestore and associated with your Firebase user identity. Guest or local progress may remain on your device until migration or sign-in where supported.

Data Retention

We retain game and account data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide cloud-save and related game functionality, unless deletion is requested or required by law.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of Wordify account-related or cloud-save data by contacting ershad15493@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the account or save data you want deleted.

Children

Wordify is intended for the audience reflected in its Google Play listing. We do not knowingly use the app to collect information beyond what is needed for game functionality, analytics, authentication, and advertising services.

Third-Party Services

Wordify uses Google Play Services, Firebase, and Google AdMob. These services may process data under their own terms and privacy policies, including Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Policy Changes

This policy may be updated when Wordify changes features, services, or legal requirements. The updated policy will show a new last updated date.
