Acceptance of Terms

By using Wordify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Description of the Game

Wordify is an independently developed word puzzle game with crossword-style levels, daily activities, rewards, hints, streaks, achievements, cosmetics, and optional cloud-save functionality where enabled.

Eligibility and Use

You are responsible for using Wordify in a lawful and appropriate way and for following any applicable Google Play, device, network, and platform rules.

User Accounts and Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In is optional where available. If you choose to sign in, Wordify uses Firebase Authentication to identify your account and associate supported cloud-save data with that identity.

Game Progress and Cloud Save

Wordify may save progress locally on your device and, if signed in, in Cloud Firestore. Cloud sync requires network connectivity and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

Virtual Items and Currencies

Wordify may include coins, gems, hints, streak restore items or shields where available, orb or cosmetic ownership, wallpapers, achievements, and reward items. Virtual currencies and items have no real-world cash value and are intended only for use within Wordify unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The current audited project does not include configured real-money purchases. In-game purchases described in the game are virtual exchanges using Wordify currencies unless a future update clearly states otherwise.

Rewarded Advertising

Some optional rewards may be earned by watching ads. Reward availability depends on network connectivity, ad inventory, ad network availability, and game configuration. Ad completion is required before rewarded-ad grants are applied.

Fair Use and Prohibited Behavior

You may not abuse, tamper with, automate, reverse engineer for misuse, cheat, exploit reward systems, interfere with services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Wordify systems or data.

Availability

Online services may occasionally be unavailable. Ads and cloud sync require network connectivity. Local gameplay behavior depends on the offline support implemented in the installed version of Wordify.

Intellectual Property

Wordify's name, game content, visual assets, software, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the game for personal entertainment, but you may not copy or redistribute the game or its assets without permission.

Updates and Changes

Wordify may receive updates that add, change, rebalance, or remove features, rewards, content, ads, cloud-save behavior, or other game functionality.

Limitation of Liability

Wordify is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wordify and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game.

Termination or Suspension

Access to online features may be limited, suspended, or ended if needed to protect the game, users, services, or legal compliance.
